Leaves 2-5 in number, up to 12 cm long and 6 cm wide, elliptic-lanceolate, alternate. Inflorescence up to 15 cm long, not dense. Bracts longer than the flowers or equal to them, lanceolate, pointed. Outer perianth lobes up to 8 mm long, ovate-oblong, yellowish-green, with dark veins. Lateral lobes of the inner perianth whorl up to 6 mm long, narrowly linear. Lip up to 9 mm long, narrowly obovate, three-toothed at the end, with a poorly expressed central tooth, with a saccate spur up to 2 mm long. Ovary sessile, twisted. Capsule up to 1 cm long.
